Oh how he loves legos!

Christian is a true lego-maniac! That is my new nick name for him, he lives, sleeps and breaths legos. He is really good at it too, amazing to me that he is just turning seven and can master legos so welll.

Here he built a lego Starwars fun land, complete with cars, etc. and we took some photos of it because he wants to send them into Lego Magazine in hopes that his unique creation gets published.

Just a few photos of the girls before we headed off to see Christian's camp inventions, I love how Olivia is looking so adoringly at her big sister.

Invention's Are Fun!

This week Christian attended Camp Invention - where he had a lot of fun inventing new items, really using his noggin! He made a Mars Rover using a waffle box, water bottles, tape, etc.






He also invented Robot Russo, utilizing a broken VCR which he took apart and reconfigured to make his robot.




He had a good time, made some new friends too!

Twirly Ballerina Girl

For as long as I can remember Sofia wanted to go to Ballet, she went last summer at bit but was just not ready. This summer we are trying again, she is LOVING it, runs right in and participates throughout the whole class. She looks so pretty in her outfit, the best part being that she willingly lets me put her hair up with a pretty bow too, something she does not like on any other day. Today after class the teacher painted stars on the girls faces, she loved that.

Sisters Are So Much Fun!

I have never had a chance to be a SAHM, this year though that has changed and I am getting that chance to be home with them. Home recovering from my treatments, I a spending the summer lounging around and doing fun stuff with the kids. Christian attends came, so the girls and I spend the most time together.

Today I took them to the School House Children's Museum and they had so much fun playing together. Olivia enjoyed running around and exploring the museum, Sofia entertained herself by pretending to cook and be a post man!







Sofia and Olivia are becoming fast friends, now that Olivia is able to play, she is having a lot of fun with her older sister, she loves to play in her room and play babies with her. They are becoming so close, I am really happy that they have each other! They have a built in best friend for life!

Not sure why the photos are blurry - maybe little hands touching it?? Got to work on fixing that ASAP.

All Star Game Fun!

Daddy is a huge baseball and Yankees fan, this year we sat down all together to watch the All Star Baseball game, we had a late dinner of hotdogs, peanuts, chips, etc. Here is our all star kids eating their dinner and being silly.
